On christmas night i got extremely sick with fever and cough. Today it is the 27th and my mom was trying to make me eat something because I haven't been eating. So she left me with a burger (shes not good with cooking) and i took off everything and ate the meat. I noticed that everytime i got the smell of ketchup that was left on the meat it hurt my nostrils.

Is this normal?

I think that it might be that i'm sick but im not sure. :/

While I don't know what causes this it is very normal. Me and my family all have the same issue when we have a cold. The best I can tell is because of sensitive and inflamed sinuses and some of the ingredients used to make ketchup . It goes away with the cold and is no reason to panic and rush to the emergency room. It wouldn't hurt to ask the doctor the next time you see one. We never bothered to ask a doctor because to us it is just part of having a cold. But I promise you it is not a life or death scenario. Get well soon.

This is not normal...you need to be seen by a Dr. he/she will be able to tell you & give you a better idea than anyone on here can give you. Hope you are better soon.
