are cans of pop made with chromium? (Small medical emergency)?

I have some kind of skin allergy that I’ve developed and seems to get worse around my cutlery. Which lead me to think it’s made of stainless steel. Which leads me to think stainless steel contains chromium. Which leads me to think that cans are made with aluminium and steel. I just drank a can of pop and my throat at this very second feels a little inflated. Does the can contain chromium because if it does I need to see a doctor.

Yes you can develop allergies when your body confuses the substance as something dangerous. I’ve had a kind of eczethma on my fingers for a while where I am allergic to something and it says I could be allergic to chromium which leads me to think that that may actually be the case. I just wanna sort this out because I have to keep using my Cream for my hand.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Aluminum cans aren't made with chromium. Chromium is very common in stainless steel.
