Boil some water and inhale the steam comming out of it, it will make youre nose runny but when youre done you will have relief (only for a while) but still. better then enduring pain :P (sneezing is mostly becouse your nose tickles couse its stuffed up

You are probably allergic to grass pollens, tree pollens, and molds. You should go to an allergist and have testing and allergy shots if your allergies are bad enough an over the counter pill is not working. The other alternative is to go to your family doctor to see if prescription pills will work better. For instance, Clariton does not work at all for me. Allegra does. Everyone's body has slightly different chemistry that you and your family doctor have to work out. Another tip is I had an Allergist at the University of Minnesota point out that fish is a natural histamine. I quit eating fish during my bad allergy season which is Spring and it does help make my allergies not quite as bad.

Well first keep lots of tissues because I got the same thing and you don't want other people to call you Snotzilla .Secondly cold cream is the best thing to stop all itchiness because trust me nothing will help but a bit of lotion of your body and don't forget to wash your face.Lastly relax.Watch some TV ,take a nap or call some friends and chat.Don't take too much stress.
Get well Soon

benedrile (i dont think i spelled that right) is good for allergy season also any type of allergy type medicines at your local drugstore usually help. when u go in there, ask one of the store workers or pharmacist to direct u to the allergy medicines and ask if they recommend any really good ones. hope this helps cus my allergies and sinuses act up sometimes during the beginning of spring.

Well, im Australian so its Autumn here, but when my allergies are bad I use this stuff called Vicks Vaporub. I put a little under my nose so that I smell it as I breathe. It doesn't make the allergies disappear, but does make me more comfortable.

i'm not sure what allergy med you have taken.... those are usually the only choice. i've had decent luck with claritin over the counter, but singular (prescription) has been the most effective for me. if it's bad enough, it's worth the doc!!
good luck. allergies are hell
